Total Revenue: Total Business Revenue

Merch Revenue: Assume that this number is a subset of Taproom Revenue

Wholesale Revenue: All revenue through distribution; both self and through a distributor

Wholesale - Draft Revenue: Assume that this number is a subset of Wholesale Revenue

Wholesale - Packaged Revenue: Assume that this number is a subset of Wholesale Revenue

Other Revenue: Any revenue not listed above, could be events, contract brewing, etc.

EBITDA: Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization

Average Check Size / Customer: From POS, average dollar amount spent per customer that walks into your Taproom(s).

BBL - On Premise: All Liquid sold at your taproom; can include off-site events that you are hosting and / or pouring at

BBL - Off Premise: All Liquid sold through distribution; both self and through a distributor

Production Total Costs: Including raw materials, overhead, and labor.

Total Labor Hours: Total Hours, both salaried (40hrs / week) and hourly employees; Include vacation, holiday time, sick leave and other time paid time off

Labor Hours - Taproom(s): Total Hours of Taproom staff, both salaried (40hrs / week) and hourly employees; Include vacation, holiday time, sick leave and other time paid time off

Labor Hours - Production: Total Hours of Production staff, both salaried (40hrs / week) and hourly employees; Include vacation, holiday time, sick leave and other time paid time off

Total Square Footage: Total Business' Square Footage.
