Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to an A-Bay Engineers, LLC application and want your data deleted, you may request deletion by:

-> emailing info@a-bay.co
-> submitting a request at a-bay.co/contact

Please include:
-> your name
-> your business name
-> the Facebook Page and/or Instagram account connected to the app
-> the email address associated with your request

Upon receiving a verified request, A-Bay Engineers, LLC will delete the data associated with your connected account from its systems, including Google Sheets and related reporting records, within 48 hours.

Data that may be deleted includes:
-> connected account identifiers
-> Instagram post data
-> Instagram story data
-> page or account audience metrics
-> related reporting data pulled through the app

If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you using the information provided.
